NCA Cheer Camp at ISU

Needless to say, Indianola Cheerleaders ROCKED at the National Cheerleaders Association's Cheerleading Camp at Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa. The girls & coaches stayed in the dorms on campus. Although the weather was boiling, the girls kept their attitudes positive!

The girls' spirit and positivity shined throughout camp, and the other cheer squads agreed. IHS Cheerleader's were awarded the NCA Top Spirit Award!!

We also learned many new cheers and stunts at camp! Working as one team - the girls were able to work together to achieve these amazing stunts!

Although our girls worked hard, we also had a TON of fun bonding, learning new "fun" cheers, and just enjoying our time at ISU!

NCA Camp was an amazing, exhuasting, spirited, FUN opportunity. We feel close as a team and can't wait to share what we've learned with the rest of our squad - and most of all OUR IHS FANS!





Cheer Bootcamp!

We had so much fun during cheer bootcamp this week! What a great way to get to know others on our team and start bonding! We learned many new cheers and chants, learned a new fight song, worked on stunting, swam, and had a blast just bonding and having fun!!

We truly are off to a GREAT start! Next up: Cheer camp! We are so excited to be visiting Iowa State to attend the NCA Cheer Camp!
